Our RV inspections cover the core systems that matter most. I check for life safety issues, inspect the roof, assess the electrical, and examine the undercarriage where accessible. This inspection runs approximately 5 to 7 hours and includes 30 to 50 photos. Your report is still delivered within 48 hours of completion.
For a thorough and proper inspection both water and electric need to be present as well sewer hook up if possible. Propane and batteries also need to be present and hooked up.
Fluid condition is one of the most telling indicators of how well an RV has been maintained. I offer fluid testing as an add-on to any inspection so you get a more complete picture of what's going on under the hood. Catching fluid issues early can save you from expensive repairs and unexpected breakdowns on the road.
We offer fluid testing for Class A, B or C vehicles, as well as the tow vehicle and generator.
Mario’s RV Inspections was founded by Mario van den Elzen, owner and operator, a lover of camping, safety, and helping people. Mario grew up camping in numerous RVs and has owned his own travel trailer since 1984. He started with a pop-up tent trailer and had a truck camper that needed a lot of work. Over the years, and married to his wife, Susan, for over 44 years, and they went from a couple of different pull campers to a couple of 5th wheels. Every time, each RV became bigger and had more options.
Through those numerous RVs, he learned all he could about all of the RVs on the market, the diverse floor plans, the way they are all constructed, and weight distributions. He realized there was way more to the search than he realized to pick the right fit for his family and his truck. He purchased his upgrade and immersed himself in learning all he could about the RV and understanding how everything worked. To this day, he strives to be the most responsible RV owner and ensure his family’s ongoing safety, maintain his unit to make it last as long as it can, and to be mindful of financial savings if he can fix it himself.
In 2025, Mario decided to pursue his passion for RVs and focused his passion on helping people through RV Inspections. He attended the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) and became a Certified RV Inspector with the National Recreational Vehicle Inspectors Association (NRVIA). Now located on the Treasure Coast of Florida, the creation of Mario’s RV Inspections, Mario is ready to help you with your new or used RV!
